JIRA service desk support with Device42 CMDB JIRA connector v2.4.0

We are happy to announce v2.4.0 of the JIRA connector for Device42 CMDB that now support service desk based projects. Changes discussed below

Integrated CMDB with JIRA service desk

You can now choose your configuration items in JIRA service desk from Device42 CMDB. When creating or updating issues – the CIs will be available as with other JIRA integration.

Support for limit API introduced in v9.6.0 of Device42

We added an option to enforce limit for Device42 GET call APIs in v9.6.0. This version of the connector now supports that config.
