API changes
- include_cols added to devices/customer_id/ID GET call
- added id to GET call on tags and added DELETE call for tags based on ID
- tags_remove added to subnet POST API call
Bug Fixes
- Duplicate devices were showing up in certain edge cases for device reports. Now fixed.
- Looking up hardware when adding a new device on rack layout pages was failing for certain cases. Fixed.
- Fixed the remote hardware address column report issue in ports.
