We’re excited to announce the Device42-Freshservice integration, which empowers users to sync the detailed IT infrastructure data discovered by Device42’s comprehensive agentless discovery system for Hybrid IT directly to your Freshworks’ Freshservice instance. Empower your support staff by syncing your important infrastructure data, including dependency information, right to Freshservice for better ITSM.

As Device42 continuously discovers and maps infrastructure, applications, and key dependency information across data center, cloud, and hybrid deployments, this up-to-date information is automatically synced to Freshservice. Users can then attach servers as well as any other IT asset synced from Device42 directly to Freshservice tickets, and can even natively visualize dependency information powered by Device42 discovery!

You can also get the integration right from the Freshservice app store — simply search Device42!
