It uses publicly available Device42 field names and descriptions, ensuring no customer-specific, PII, or proprietary data is exposed during the query process. Reports are generated locally within the resident IT environment, mitigating potential security and privacy concerns.
  • Rapid Incident Response: InsightsAI proves invaluable in critical situations, such as when a Windows BitLocker issue in July 2024 prevented systems from loading after a reboot. By quickly querying the impacted devices, IT teams were able to avert costly downtime and restore functionality with minimal disruption.
